Supporting displaced persons in the Western part of Iraq Anbar in 2016. There was a large evacuation when ISIS took over the city—they confiscated most of the buildings, destroyed houses, and created mass chaos. People were forced to move to nearby cities or desert camps to survive. To aid them during this time, we were able to assist by supplying food, blankets, first aid, and clean drinking water.
We went to the Northern part of Iraq to the city of Mosul to support internally displaced persons. When ISIS took over the city, they displaced families, spread incredible horrors, and committed atrocities that humanity cannot forget.
We aided by restoring houses, furnishing them to be livable, and provided clothes, blankets, food, first aid, and clean water to those displaced persons.
We felt obligated to support the demonstrators who congregated in Tahrir Square in Baghdad, Iraq. In October 2019, asking for their rights of living, they were badly in need of blankets, clean drinking water, food, medicine, winter coats
With the help of our donors, we were able to rebuild 13 houses in Mosul, Iraq and make a difference in the lives of many displaced families.
